The Real Change - (Feb 2006 - Oct2006)

Wanted to blog for ages, but been giving lotsa excuses all these while, and finally, here you go, the first blog in my life

I am Tan Chee Han a.k.a Eric, 24 yo (yes, do your math if you doubt so), staying at SEA Park, and like most of you (the beloved visitor of my blog), am engaged in the bored working life now. Before I start to share more on my present, please allow me to share something about my past first on this very first post.

I was very fat previously. My "best" record was 100kgs, with a 42" waist line. Ppl around me been calling me fatty for the past 23 years, been humiliated in various ways (really do not understand why ppl likes to fool on fat guys?!), some worse than you can imagine

CNY 2006 (waist line 38")

CNY 2006, again, i had problem buying clothes and pants and was upset about it. Unsure how or why, I was just enlightened, that I told myself, its time to make a change. No one can ever call Eric fatty anymore!

For the following few months, i worked very hard, hope to shrink down before i graduate. AT LEAST, before I leave the Uni, ppl will remember me as a "smaller" version of Eric

14th April 2006 Unite, The CCNA Legendary three, famous for being noisy. The guy to the right is Mr Kevin Tang, my FYP partner, who had been “motivating” me in a very “Unique way”. To be honest, without him, I may not have that much determination to slim down. Now I look back, in retrospect, I should actually thank him ya :P

Time flew .. My friends and I completed our FYP. Deep within us, we knew that we might not have that much time for each other after we leave the Uni, and hence, we appreciated the remaining time we had. Some outings were organized

18th May 2006 outing
25th May 2006, one of the most remarkable dates in my life; I took the final paper, which denote that my journey at MMU had finally come to an end. Without hesitation, my friend and I took a group photo in the exam hall, and then we proceed with the outing.

Guess what was i doing there? :P

Well, back to the original discussion. Attached are the changes (appearance) in me, from a fatty to a normal looking person. Managed to do it before graduation. Like most of the trimming program advert, i can proudly say that, "I escaped my shape, I dispelled the curse"

The main purpose of this post is to tell everyone reading in, that nothing is impossible. As long as you work for it, there is always a room for great change. For those who are still a little big sized, and wish to know my secret, feel free to pm me .. I will not hesitate to share .. Below is the saying i heard from other ppl ..
"There are no absolute fat people in the world but just lazy people around"

BTW, this is how i look like now ..
